Facade Design - Killarney Heights Residence

Located in the leafy suburb of Killarney Heights on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, this split-level home is situated on a steep, elevated site, a topography that naturally led to a dynamic three-level layout. With elevations reaching close to 100 meters above sea level, the project enjoys unique views and spatial opportunities shaped by the land itself.
We joined the project at the early demolition stage and have been responsible for the complete interior design, as well as revisions to the façade and its 3D modelling. Our scope extends to exterior material studies, full landscape modelling, and concept design for both the garden and the building envelope.
