Located in the leafy Lower North Shore suburb of Lane Cove, this project presented a unique opportunity to reimagine a traditional home with modern accessibility in mind. From early stages, Home Studio MA took full responsibility for the design of the interior, the façade, and the landscape, all shaped around the client’s specific needs for improved accessibility and functionality.

The design incorporates universal planning principles, soft circulation flows, ergonomic storage, and material selections tailored to ease of use and long-term practicality. From concept development to spatial layout, 3D façade modelling, and custom landscape integration, every element was considered through the lens of both beauty and inclusive usability.
